We invite you or your organization to be part of New Palestine’s most popular outside event!! We expect a crowd of 3,000+ attending our annual festival between the hours of 1:00 – 11:00 PM. Set up will begin the morning of the festival and teardown anytime after 8:00 PM.
The main goal of the festival is to provide a safe and entertaining venue for the community. Please review the following information as you are making your decision to participate.

Commercial Business Booth $200.00 USD (Excludes Diamond, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors)
Direct Sales Booth $100 USD (Premier/Lularoe/Pampered Chef, etc.)
Crafters Booth $75 USD
Non-Profit Organizations $50 USD (Excludes Food/Beverage Vendors)
Electricity Additional Fee: $50.00 USD
