We invite you or your organization to be part of New Palestine’s most popular outside event!! We expect a crowd of 7,000+ attending our annual festival between the hours of 1:00 – 11:00 PM. Set up will begin the morning of the festival. You may close your booth during the fireworks show and tear it down at the conclusion of the firework show.

The main goal of the festival is to provide a safe and entertaining venue for the community. Please review the following information as you are making your decision to participate.

Festival Booth Fees

Food/Beverage Booth $300.00 USD

Commerical Business Booth $200.00 USD (Excludes Title, Platinum, Gold, and Silver Sponsors)

Direct Sales Booth $100 USD (Premier/Lularoe/Pampered Chef, etc.)

Crafters Booth $75 USD (see “craft” details on page 8 of the agreement)

Non-Profit Organizations $50 USD (Excludes Food/Beverage Vendors)

Electricity Additional Fee: $50.00 USD
